We do our best to display our perfumes accurately, including their fragrance notes, size, price and packaging.

Please keep in mind that a fragrance may smell slightly different on different people because of skin chemistry, weather and personal perception. Product images may also vary slightly from the actual packaging due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown at checkout or disclosed before you place your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we will contact you before cancelling or adjusting the order and arrange a refund where applicable.

Orders are subject to successful payment, except where Cash on Delivery is offered.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or another available communication method.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil an order because a product is unavailable, payment has failed or there is another valid reason, we will inform you and arrange a refund for any amount paid, as applicable.

Perfumes that have been opened or used may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return because of hygiene and product-safety considerations. However, this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious or materially different from its description.

7. Offers and Discount Codes
